Loveblock Partners are at it again with Taste the Block, a new series of dining experiences designed to amp up the fun and flair of food-driven events in Downtown Tucson. In this first series of dinners, each event will carry a unique theme and feature collaborations with Loveblock businesses such as HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery, HUB Ice Cream, Good Oak Bar, and more.
Each experience is priced at $80, which includes dinner and drinks as well as free parking at the nearby AC Hotel. What more could you need to make planning a solid night out even easier?

The first event of the series will commence on Thursday, July 14 and carry a Savory & Sweet Wine Dinner theme. David Bishow, Loveblock’s Director of Culinary Operations, will team up with Hub Ice Cream GM Kristel Johnson to host a delectable 5-course experience. With a focus on all things chocolate, this dinner will leave an impression as dynamic as the duo that curated it.
This event will kick off at 7 p.m. and be hosted in HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery‘s cozy new bar area. Be there or be square.

The second event of the series will take place on Thursday, August 11 at good ol’ Good Oak Bar as they team up with Whiskey Del Bac and regional wineries for an extraordinary 5-course whiskey & wine dinner.
Food will come straight from the Good Oak kitchen with a menu created by Executive Chef Nico Rodriguez as Tim Walsh, Loveblock’s Beverage Director, holds down the bar fort, concocting specialty cocktails shaken and stirred with Del Bac’s craft whiskey alongside regional wine pours paired perfectly for each dish.
