The Independent Distillery just announced they are releasing their first handcrafted vodka at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 1.
“We wanted to make a vodka that anyone can use,” said Tafao Faumuina, bar manager at Independent. “Nothing extremely fancy, but still quality. We wanted it at a price point affordable enough to be a well.”
The six-times-distilled neutral vodka follows the release of their award-winning Barrel Rested Gin.
Guests who purchase a bottle of vodka at the event will also receive a complimentary cocktail.
The 21-and-up event will also feature industry drink specials and a Mario Kart tournament on the big screen at 10 p.m.
