Well. It’s 2020 and we all know what that means when it comes to large public gatherings. Not. Gonna. Happen. But, wait! There’s hope. Kind of, just a little…
While much of Tucson Meet Yourself 2020 has shifted to a hybrid online event, that’s clearly not an option for the most beloved portion of the event, Tucson Eat Yourself.
This year, over the course of three weekends in October, 16 different food vendors, representing cuisines from all over the world will set up shop at three different locations. You’ll want to make sure you check the official Tucson Eat Yourself event page for an up-to-date list of vendors, times, and locations, but below is the information we have.

Also, be advised that it’s to-go food only – there are no dining areas available. While you wait for your food, large LED screens will display special music and dance performances filmed just for 2020. Masks are required.

If you’re hoping for a more all-encompassing TMY experience, there are events planned throughout the month of October, as opposed to the traditional three day event. For instance, October 30 will feature a drive-in concert (on-screen only) with Gabriel Ayala and the Yellow Bird Indian Dancers. There’s also a Folk Arts Online Marketplace and a trove of online conversations and demonstrations available online via the TMY Facebook page and Youtube channel. For the full line-up of events, visit tucsonmeetyourself.org.
Tucson Meet Yourself 2020 takes place in October and showcases the diverse range of culture Tucson has to offer. Music, dance, and food representing a range of the culture to be found in Tucson is on display for all attendees. For more information, visit tucsonmeetyourself.org.
