All vouchers are redeemed via the Tucson Foodie mobile app (which can be downloaded at app.tucsonfoodie.com). When you're at a restaurant, simply go to the Redemption page for the voucher you want to redeem. Show your server your phone, tap Redeem and they'll take it right off your bill. Easy!

Do I have to spend the entire voucher?

Yes. Each voucher is single-use. They do not carry a balance like a gift card would. This is why some places give you 4 x $10 vouchers rather than 1 x $40 vouchers. The value of each voucher was chosen to match the average check size at a restaurant so that you are sure to get the full value.

Do the vouchers expire?
Some restaurants require that you wait a number of days between redemptions. For example, you may need to wait 30 days after using a $10 voucher before you can redeem that restaurant’s next $10 voucher. You can’t double-up on vouchers or accumulate them. But they do not have a stated expiration date within your membership period, so there’s no rush.

Is this a single purchase or a subscription?
We set this up as an annual subscription for your benefit. You see, we only have 500 passports to sell each year. As long as you're a subscriber, you'll always have the chance to renew and get a fresh passport every year. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel your subscription in the Tucson Foodie mobile app anytime (even right now!). However, you may not be able to buy it again if we've already sold 500.
