Bobo's Restaurant

Bobo’s Restaurant has a bustling, retro diner atmosphere with its open kitchen, cozy booths, and checker-tile floors. Colorful murals of Sonoran landscapes and University of Arizona pride decorate the walls. Owner and server Debbie Gaudern, who has been a part of the restaurant for over 30 years, noted approximately 80% of their clientele are regulars. The staff includes multiple generations of Gaudern's family and the kitchen still uses original recipes, including their signature buttery banana pancakes.
