Fork & Fire: Catalina Grill operates out of a compact, sports-bar-style space in Catalina. Owner Joshua Bishop uses a hickory-and-fruit-wood blend to smoke meats, bringing the Fork & Fire Smokehouse brand north of Oro Valley in a cozier, game-day-friendly format. Order the bacon-wrapped wings, where the bacon serves as the crispy coating instead of breading. Also try the Teriyaki Steak Skewers, the Firebombs, packed with pulled pork and mac and cheese, and the Taterbombs, crispy panko-crusted balls of potato, bacon, and cheese.

The cafe will remain open through August 16, while the bicycle shop will continue operating through August 23. After that, the owners will prepare the space for new ownership.
