Skyhaven Wines sits at 5405 E. Patriot Trail in Willcox, where owners Chris Brinkmeyer and Bridget Hildebrand planted their first vines in 2023 on nearly 10 acres of Willcox Bench terroir. Brinkmeyer, who previously made wine at Pillsbury Wine Company, grows Syrah, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Grenache Blanc, Graciano, and Viognier. Hours listed here .
