White Stallion Ranch serves all-inclusive meals to overnight guests as part of its dude ranch experience. Chefs use classic Arizona ranch recipes made with fresh, local ingredients. Full American Plan rates cover all meals and snacks, while the Bed & Breakfast rate covers breakfast only. Breakfast runs cooked-to-order alongside a continental buffet with options like pancakes, waffles, and breakfast burritos. Dinner brings an outdoor buffet cookout with two grilled entrees, sides such as ranch beans, corn on the cob, and potato salad, plus nightly dessert options.

Phoenix restaurateurs Armando Hernandez and chef Nadia Holguin, a James Beard-nominated duo originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, are behind the restaurant.

Tortillas Chiwas is currently open Thursdays through Saturdays from 5–10 pm with 38 seats. Reservations are available on OpenTable.
