Here’s a neat way to discover the world of dumplings.

The Garden Kitchen is hosting a hands-on class that teaches you to create a variety of internationally inspired dumplings.

Tickets are $55 per person and includes a lunch.

This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a dinner and cocktails from local growers and producers, while learning about the origin and history of the food from James Beard Award-winning chef Janos Wilder.

Plus, the dinner will benefit the Community Food Bank and help support its mission to build a healthy, hunger-free Tucson community.

Seats are $125 per person and a vegetarian dish can be requested ahead of time.

The Community Food Bank will also be hosting silent auctions, along with a “fund-a-need” auction that gives everyone an option to pledge their support.
