It’s the summer promotion’s 26th season and it’s been a lot of fun because it features a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, desserts, cocktails, and regional beverages — changing it out every few weeks throughout the season.

Take a look at Kingfisher’s “Back East” menu — which features seafood dishes like Maine Lobster and Grilled Sea Scallops —and consider which feast you’re going to try first. Also, be sure to make a reservation.

Since Tucson became the first city in the U.S. to be named a City of Gastronomy, chef Janos Wilder and others have traveled to other “sister” cities around the world to share the region’s culinary history and unique foods.

Now, Wilder is ready to share the flavors he’s collected. The culinary tour is making the summer’s final pit stop in Burgos, Spain.

Those living in Burgos tend to feast on roasted meats, the savory local cheese Queso de Burgos, and fish dishes such as Bacalao a la Burgalesa – despite being inland.

The menu is available for more than a month at DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails. Take a glance at the menu to give your taste buds something to look forward to.

To put the campaign in perspective, only 18 cities were chosen to participate in this year’s event, and out of those, only four U.S. cities are included.

That puts Tucson on the map with New York City, Los Angeles, and Oklahoma City.

Here’s how it works:

• Minor Figures is giving out 150 “Dairy Disloyalty Cards” to each of the six participating coffee spots
• Grab your “Dairy Disloyalty Card” from one of the locations
• You’ll order any coffee with any plant based milk (doesn’t have to be Minor Figures or exclusively oat milk)
• The participating cafe will stamp the card
• The first 200 people to order a drink to all six spots, and then tag Minor Figures in a post on Instagram will win a Minor Figures jersey
