Arizona Restaurant Week: Wildflower

The original Fox Restaurant, Wildflower American Cuisine has been a top Tucson dining choice since 1998.

For this season’s Arizona Restaurant Week, Wildflower doesn’t disappoint. Here’s what they have planned for $30 per person:

First Course

  • Daily Soup
  • Spinach Salad – Bacon, Apple, Pecan, Bleu Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • Cold Smoked Salmon – Chive Creme Fraiche, Potato Galette
  • Pan Fried Edamame Dumplings – Enoki Mushrooms, Red Chili Broth

Second Course

  • Short Rib Ravioli – Truffle Cream, English Peas, Roasted Mushrooms, Bread Crumbs
  • Steelhead Salmon – Horseradish Gratin, Sherry Glazed Beets, Arugula
  • All Natural Chicken – Crimini Mushrooms, Smashed Potatoes, Citrus Jus
  • Grilled Pork Tenderloin – Stewed Sweet Corn, Roasted Green Chili, Bacon Gastrique

Third Course

  • Key Lime Tart – Gingersnap Almond Crust, Vanilla Creme Fraiche
  • Bar Of Sin – Praline Chocolate Cookie, Cappuccino Mousse, Vanilla Bean Gelato
  • Cinnamon Doughnuts – Vanilla Custard, Berry Marmalade
