The owners of Harvest Restaurant, a fixture in the Oro Valley dining scene, have signed a lease for the space formerly occupied by Sky Box Restaurant and Bar at 5605 E River Road.

Reza and Lisa Shapouri are opening a second Harvest location in partnership with executive chef Michael Veres. They anticipate opening the doors in September, pending remodeling completion.

According to Reza, this new location will follow the same model as the original, purchasing exclusively from local vendors, using local products and making all of their dishes from scratch.

“We will maintain the same philosophy in our bar as well,” said Reza, “with many inventive cocktails made with fresh herbs and juices, local artisan craft beers and an extensive wine list featuring a variety of Arizona wines.”

Even the specials will remain the same, with daily happy hours, all day happy hour on Sundays, half-price bottles of wine on Mondays and Tuesdays and Sunday Brunch.
