Three French hens, two turtledoves, and tamales paired with craft beer.

That’s how you sing the song, right?

This holiday season, Tucson Tamale Company is teaming up with local brewers for a series of beer and tamale pairings, from November 11 – December 13.

Tucson Tamale Company refines the traditional process of making tamales by adding various flavors and finishing it off with healthful ingredients to redefine the gourmet food item.

TTC tamales are also naturally gluten free and free of  lard, so plenty of vegetarian and vegan varieties are available.

Here’s how it works. For each scheduled pairing, swing by the brewery or tasting room, purchase a pint or a flight, and you’ll receive sample tamales that pairs perfectly with each beer.

Check out one of these spots to unwrap the perfect gift.
