“Insomnia Cookies” Late-Night Cookie Delivery & Shop Now Open Downtown

Downtown Tucson has gained another late-night dining option, if you count eating a box of cookies as dining.

Insomnia Cookies opened downtown last Thursday at 345 E. Congress St., Ste 145, near Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails and Urban Pita.

The New York and Philadelphia-based concept specializes in warm, freshly-baked cookies available for delivery late into the night.

Popular cookie flavors include Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and S’mores Deluxe. Other options include cookie cakes, brownies, cookies à la mode, ice cream sandwiches, and pints of cold milk.

Insomnia Cookies has over 100 locations nationwide. This is Arizona’s first location.

Locally-based Tucson Cookie Co. also delivers late night, but doesn’t have a retail storefront at the moment.

Insomnia Cookies is located at 345 E. Congress St., Ste 145. Retail hours are 9 a.m. – 3 a.m. Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 3 a.m. Saturday – Sunday.
