Primo Restaurant, inside the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa, is preparing a special Prom Night dinner that will extend from 5 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1  until  Saturday, May 26.

The nearly month-long menu includes three-courses, which allows plenty of time to stare deeply into one another’s eyes.

Let’s say you never got to experience prom, or aren’t satisfied with the dinner you ate back in 2002, you can still dress up, pin a corsage on your date, and enjoy the feast.

First Course (choice of)

• Classis Caesar Salad
• Soup of the Day

Second Course (choice of)

• Scialatelli Pasta – hand-cut pasta, heirloom tomato sauce, zucchini, and yellow squash
• Tagliatell Bolognese Pork and Beef  – with blistered tomatoes and spring onion
• Pork Saltimbocca – with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, prosciutto, and mushroom sage jus

Third Course (choice of)

• Cannoli Sweet Ricotta – with pistachios and amarena cherries
• House-Made Gelato  – your choice of vanilla, chocolate, or salted caramel
