Grab a delicious vegan meal and maybe make a new friend!

Feel free to arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 pm. It is a casual dinner and conversation meetup, open to everyone (bring your friends). Tables are reserved along the wall to the left.

The food is FANTASTIC! Lovin’ Spoonfuls is Tucson’s first all vegan restaurant, and vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores all rave about the food. If you have never tried it before, you are in for a treat! There are so many wonderful dishes on the menu that you could come to this event for years and never have the same dish twice!

Sometimes, if there is a large turn-out between the meetup and other patrons, there may not be enough seating in the restaurant. Because of that, we have to cap this event, so that also means RSVPs count. Don’t RSVP unless you are going, and if you later change your mind, change your RSVP to “no” so someone else can go. Abusing this by RVSPing “yes” and not showing can lead to a ban from other events in the future. Sorry to be strict, but it is necessary so everyone can benefit.

Finally, there may not always be a meetup host present for this event.

You’re going to love this sweet and savory charcuterie board! The class will begin with dipping strawberries and other treats into chocolate before creating meat roses, cheese hearts, and cutting fruit flowers. When you’re done with your boards, you’ll toast to your success with a champagne cocktail demonstration and tasting!

Cost: $80

Students 21+ and over are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please check out the BYOB policy for more details.

On their own, buttercream rosettes are a gorgeous way to decorate a cake, but when you ombre (gradually lighten the tint) the rosette layers, the results are stunning.

Think outside the box and learn to make your own fresh pasta at home. Join in the fun as we mix, roll, shape, and cook pastas and sauces from scratch.

On the Menu:

• Choice of laminated fettuccine, angel hair, tortellini, or ravioli
• Pesto
• Puttanesca
• Served with Fresh Salad

• How to make and roll pasta
• How to fill pasta
• How to create and cook a raw sauce

Cost: $55.00 per participant, includes lunch of all dishes made.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
