No trip is too far when it involves great tasting craft beer — more than 130 of ’em, too.
The good people at Arizona Beer Week are throwing the 19th annual Arizona Strong Beer Festival in Phoenix from 1 – 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 9.
It’s a bit a drive up north, but there are plenty of Tucson breweries making the trip to pour their best brews, charming one drinker at a time. The city’s craft beer scene has exploded in size in recent years, and definitely has what it takes to brew with the rest.
Some of the travelers heading to the festival are Dragoon Brewing Company, Barrio Brewing Company, Button Brew House, Dillinger Brewing Company, 1912 Brewing Company, Ten55 Brewing, Thunder Canyon Brewstillery, and Crooked Tooth Brewing Co.
A full map can be found online, and brewery list can be seen at arizonabeerweek.com.
The ticket prices vary, depending on what type of experience you’re looking for, and food will also be available to purchase throughout the day.
The Arizona Strong Beer Festival is taking place at the Steele Indian School Park, which is located at 300 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85012. For more information, visit arizonabeerweek.com.
