It’s the second installment of Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House‘s “Elevated Beer Dinner” series from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.
Chef Ivor and the rest of the Ten55 team are serving up a “Low Country Boil” complete with shrimp, andouille, potatoes, corn, and sausage from Forbes Meat Company.
It’s going to be family style dining with a traditional boil and the meal will be paired with four of Ten55’s beers. And you’ll have a sweet peach cobbler to finish off the night.
