“Parma: Home to Italy’s Food Gems” dinner at Flying Aprons Tucson

A tasty & educational food adventure with Maynards Market & Kitchen chef Brian Smith

Chef Brian Smith of Maynards Market & Kitchen wants to take you on a culinary journey through Italy at Flying Aprons Tucson from 6 – 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26.

In 2017, chef Smith was selected to represent Tucson in Parma by the local board incorporated with UNESCO — the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.  In time, the group designated the Old Pueblo as an official City of Gastronomy.

Now, Smith is ready to share his knowledge by sharing a dinner featuring meats, cheeses, and other cuisine that made the Italian city, Parma, so legendary.

The menu has yet to be released, but will consist of Parmigiano-Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma and other Italian favorites.

Tickets are $69 per person.
