At Plaza Eats, the Lettuce Wraps ($5.50) features two wraps with chickpea fritters, pickled vegetables, smoked cashews, and harissa vinaigrette. The humble wraps feature a bold combination of spice, crunch, acidity, and richness, all while being vegan and gluten-free.

Plaza Eats is located in the patio of Hotel Congress at 311 E. Congress St. Operating hours are 9 p.m. – 2 a.m. Thursday, 5 p.m. – 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit hotelcongress.com and click the “More Menus” drop-down.
