Paper Tiger: sweet and spicy with tequila, mango, green chile, and togarashi.

Liquid Swords: a tropical smooth sipper with rum, lemongrass, and pineapple.

Clear Intentions: a clarified milk punch with vodka, tamarind, and strawberry.

OBON-tini: a savory martini with their house olive martini. Choose from vodka or gin.

House of Green Leaves: a refreshing cocktail, lightly effervescent with shochu, cucumber, shiso, and aloe.

Spicy Octopus Crudo: dressed with fresh thinly sliced lemon, kizami (chopped true wasabi), togarashi ponzu, serrano, and chile oil.

Tuna Tostadas: bluefin tuna on crunchy corn tortillas with charred black salsa, cilantro, onion, and kizami aioli.

Crispy Rice: topped with spicy salmon, avocado, or spicy tuna. Available à la carte or as a trio.

Braised Short Rib Donburi: caramelized onion rice topped with beech mushrooms, kizami, scallion, crispy shallot, 64-degree egg, and demi glace.
