The 60’s retro lounge that’s been serving classic and modern cocktails for longer than many of its visitors have been alive is celebrating in grand fashion.
From 3 p.m. – midnight on Saturday, December 18, The Shelter Cocktail Lounge is celebrating its 60th anniversary with a party that’ll be worth poppin’ your head in for.
The cocktail bar has plenty of specials and rotating Happy Hours every other day of the year, but this night is going to be special. They’ll be offering $2 well drinks, $2 Miller High Life bottles, $2 glasses of champagne, and $2 Fireball whiskey shots.
Oh, but that’s not all either.
Come with an appetite because they’re serving up free slices of cake and pie — some other assorted snacks, too. Plus, if you need to do a little bit of last-minute holiday shopping, The Shelter’s merchandise like t-shirts and hats will be discounted.
