Beer, beer, and some more beer. Más cerveza.
That’s what you can expect at Borderlands Brewing Company’s “Summer Nite Beer Fest” on Saturday, August 20. The brewery is hosting the festival on its own stomping grounds at 119 E. Toole Ave. from 6 – 10 p.m.
Walking up to the beer fest you’ll notice at least 15 brewery tents set up in the outdoor beer garden. This year’s event will feature a handful of breweries from Tucson, one from up north in Williams, Arizona, another from down south in Tombstone, and a few from Mexico.
Plus, if you’re looking for something other than beer, Bawker Bawker Cider House is joining in on the festivities and will be serving up a few of its delicious ciders.
“Our last beer festival was our biggest one ever and we plan to top it with our Summer Nite Beer Fest,” Borderlands Brewing Company said in a release.
There’s going to be plenty of games to keep you and your friends busy, food to chomp down on, and live music to keep the mood groovin’. Below are the following breweries scheduled to be pouring on the day of.
Folks that don’t feel like drinking beer are invited to come along, too.
They’ll be selling “Designated Driver Tickets” at the gate on the day of the event for $10 per person. That’ll get you in on all of the games and live music with the option to buy food from any of the food trucks.
