“Eat This” is your source for some of the tastiest local dishes in town.

Located in American Eat Co., Fatboy Sandos offers a variety of traditional Japanese-style vegan and non-vegan menu items.

One of the standout vegan options on the menu is the new Negi Miso Chili Crisp Onigiri. This rice ball contains sauteed leeks, shallots, white miso, and chili crisp oil. For a side dish, try the Furikake Fries with a side of lemon garlic mayo for just 75 cents.

Fatboy Sandos is located at 1439 S. Fourth Ave. For more information, visit fatboysandos.net.
