Turkish Grill House is Permanently Closed on Prince Road

By Matt Sterner

Turkish Grill House, which opened its doors in January of this year, has officially closed its doors at 1485 W. Prince Rd. They were sharing the 1940s ranch house-turned-restaurant space with Old Times Kafe.

The owners of Turkish Grill House, Ibrahim Aslan and Engin Saglam (who have no ownership in Old Times Kafe), temporarily closed during the summer but just recently made it official.

The Turkish menu that featured dishes like Curry Chicken and Ali Nazik Kebab was available in the afternoons once the daytime cafe closed for the day. No specific reason was given for the permanent closure but keep an eye out and perhaps they’ll open up elsewhere in Tucson.

Meanwhile, Old Times Kafe is indeed open every day except Tuesday from 5:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
