Postino, one of the city’s favorite Happy Hour spots, has introduced handcrafted cocktails to its bar menu at 2500 E. Grant Rd. #112.

It’s a pretty big deal since the wine bar (and beer) has been known for just that (its extensive wine list) since opening 23 years ago. Fans of the regional restaurant that opened its doors in Tucson in early 2020 can now sip on “unique riffs” on classic cocktails.

The new cocktails include the Tré Cucumber, Classic G&T, Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Smoked Old Fashioned, and the Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita. Also, and for a limited time, an Espresso Martini is on the menu.

“Postino has always been known for our ever-changing selection of craft wines and beers that are affordable, unpretentious, and fun,” said Brent Karlicek, Vice President of Beverage at Upward Projects. “We wanted to take the same approach with our first-ever cocktail menu, offering a mix of both timeless classics and fresh, innovative drinks such as our dangerously refreshing TrĂ© Cucumber.

“Most importantly, each cocktail is designed to pair perfectly with our food menu and to bring spirited fun to your next Postino visit,” said Karlicek.

All of the named cocktails are now available at all Postino locations in Arizona.

Postino is located at 2500 E. Grant Rd. For more information, visit postinowinecafe.com.
