Since 2018, when they opened Arizona Wine Collective, Pete and Jeanne Snell have proven time and time again that you can have great wine grown and produced right here in Arizona.
After six years of dishing out the goods, the Snells looking forward to retirement!

In June of this year, they passed the torch to new owners Dave and Michelle Boudreau.
“This is great news because the Boudreau’s are as passionate as we are about Arizona wine and will continue the mission we began six and a half years ago,” the Snells shared. “They plan to maintain Arizona Wine Collective’s commitment to the highest quality of products and services that you all have come to expect.”
The Snells had been small business owners for more than 25 years. Now, they’re ready to spend more time with family and friends while exploring the world.
“We’ve weathered some tough times over the years with the pandemic and struggling economy, but you were always there to support us,” said the Snells. “How do we thank you all for your friendship, support, and encouragement? We have no words. Just know we think the world of each and every one of you.”

“You helped us build a special place — more than just a business — where everyone is welcome and safe,” they added. “There is no other place in Tucson like Arizona Wine Collective, and we hope you continue to share amazing Arizona wine with us and the Boudreau’s.”
New Chapter for the Wine Collective
The Snell’s vision of Arizona Wine Collective was a place where they could “hang out, explore wine, and share time with friends and family.”
Dave and Michelle Boudreau are excited to be carrying on those traditions.
“The rumors are true,” the Boudreaus shared. “We are the new owners of Arizona Wine Collective and it’s time to celebrate.”

From 6 – 8 p.m. on Friday, July 12, share a toast with the Boudreaus.
“After all, Friday is also International Cava Day, so what better day to enjoy a glass of bubbly on us,” they added. “We can’t wait to meet you.”
The tasting room is currently open 3 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday – Saturday and 3 – 7 p.m. on Sunday.
Arizona Wine Collective is located at 4280 N. Campbell Ave. To keep up with the latest, follow Arizona Wine Collective on Facebook and Instagram and visit azwinecollective.com.

Matt Sterner
More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating. He grew up reading comics, the ingredients list of his shampoo and conditioner bottles, choose-your-own-adventure books, and the Scrabble dictionary — something he found useful when challenging his grandmother to a game.
He attended college at New Mexico State University and graduated with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. One of his favorite classes was screenwriting because he became responsible for the story’s birth before it came to life on-screen. After school, Matt took on numerous positions at a local television station in Tucson. From dealing out stories about heartbreak to producing “fluffier” content for a lifestyle broadcast, he learned what it takes to adapt to the many emotions the world of media can stir. Since 2017, Matt has dabbled in the culinary world of Tucson as well as San Diego, California from time to time.
If you’re in the mood for strange stories, head over to his pride and joy, wonkytimes.com. And in case you’re curious — yes, after all of this time, he still manages to roll a killer burrito.
