Big things are on the horizon for Lindy’s on 4th.
Burgertime Management Corporation’s Conrad Rodriguez, Ryan Glass, and Kristina MacLean are teaming up with Gordon Lindon Reilly, Shelly Reilly, and Alfredo Aguilar, Jr. to revitalize the iconic Tucson restaurant. The group is pumped about the new partnership and is looking forward to making sure the restaurant’s “legacy thrives for decades to come.”
“This is not just an acquisition — it’s a tribute to Lindy’s remarkable journey,” Shelly Reilly added. “We’re excited to carry forward the spirit of the restaurant.”
Over the years, Lindy’s on 4th — named after its original founder — has earned accolades such as “The Best Burger in Tucson,” and has also been recognized nationally by Food Network, Travel Channel, and USA Today.
The new partnership signifies a “return” to the restaurant’s namesake and “a reaffirmation of its dedication to quality and innovation.”
The new ownership team plans to enhance the guest experience, preserve Lindy’s celebrated menu staples, and introduce new menu items. Also, there are some renovations and updates in store — changes that will “honor the restaurant’s rich history while modernizing the space for future generations.”
“Lindy’s on 4th has been a cornerstone of Tucson’s dining scene for years, celebrated nationally for its exceptional burgers and innovative menu,” said Conrad Rodriguez of Burgertime Management Corporation. “We are honored to join forces with the Reilly family to build upon Lindy’s storied legacy while bringing new energy and vision to the restaurant.”
Other plans include getting more involved with the local community, hosting special events, and expanding on its reputation as a must-visit destination here in Tucson.
“Our combined experience — nearly 100 years in the restaurant industry — is a testament to our shared passion for exceptional dining,” said Kristina MacLean of Burgertime. “We’re committed to ensuring Lindy’s continues to be a place where memories are made, one incredible burger at a time.”
Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events in 2025, the restaurant’s 20th anniversary, and “a new era for this Tucson treasure.”
