Tucson has been buzzing as of late when it comes to local events. Recently, we’ve been treated to the Tucson Festival of Books and the Fourth Avenue Street Fair, and now it’s time for the Made in Tucson Market.
The giant street market takes place along Seventh Street near Fourth Avenue on Sunday, March 30, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Organized by the Historic Fourth Avenue Coalition, The Made in Tucson Market is a “celebration of the risk-takers and dream-makers that personify the Tucson maker movement. It honors the authentic nature of the rugged desert and the unique spirits that call it home. It revels in the profound resilience and connection of our community.”
“Parking options are low in the area, please consider parking at either Banner Hospital or Mercado San Agustin, and taking the streetcar which will drop you off right at Fourth Avenue and Seventh Street. Wear comfortable shoes!”
There are going to be more than 250 vendors at the Made in Tucson Market, so dress comfortably, be patient with the crowds, and spread kindness.
