Summers can be pretty darn toasty in Tucson and hydration is key if you want to remain in tip-top shape. Local businesses also do what they can to keep going strong, and three popular drinking spots are teaming up for something special this season.
Meet the 6th Ave Drinking Club!

Beginning on Tuesday, June 11, and running until Friday, August 30, Tap & Bottle Downtown, Corbett’s, and The Royal Room will be hosting the inaugural Drinking Club — offering drinks for a penny!
Here’s How it Works:
- Pick up a punch card at either of the three locations
- Purchase two drinks at each of the bars
- After you’ve purchased all six drinks, you get a seventh drink for a penny.
- Head to any of the three locations for the penny drink.
Recap: You must purchase two drinks at each location to get a seventh drink for a penny (at any location).

More Details:
Each location is going to have specific items that qualify for a stamp on your punch card.
- Corbett’s – The penny drink is a beer, wine, or cocktail of up to a $14 value.
- The Royal Room – The penny drink is a draft beer, well cocktail, or wine.
- Tap & Bottle – The penny drink will be a draft beverage — beer, wine, or cocktail.
Also, you don’t have to purchase all six drinks in one day — that would get a little out of hand. Hang onto the punch card all summer and be sure to snag your penny drink before Friday, August 30.
Party on, Tucson!
