AZ Restaurant Week Menu Feature: Blanco

While many restaurants attempt to play with Mexican food in untraditional ways and fail, Fox Restaurants’ Blanco is not one of them.

For fall 2014, Blanco is featuring an excellent variety of items from their full menu. Standouts include Guacamole, Mexican Chopped Salad (pictured), and Chicken Mole & Vegetable Arroz. The mole is seriously an amazingly delicious dish.

• Crab & Shrimp Ceviche– Cucumber, Avocado, Radish Salad
• Mexican Chopped Salad– Roasted Corn, Guacamole, Black Beans, Crispy Tortilla & Creamy Rancho
• Chipotle Shrimp & Corn Cheese Crisp– Melted Oaxaca, Asadero & Monterey Jack on a Crisp Flour Tortilla

• Grilled Fish Tacos– Fresh Avocado & Pico De Gallo
• Chicken Fajitas – with Carmelized Peppers, Onions, Garlic & Lime
