To taste beef raised only 60 miles north of Tucson, check out the Local First Tucson Ranch-to-Table Dinner featuring Chef Janos Wilder.
The dinner highlights beef from Double Check Ranch, which raises cattle that only feed on range and pasture grass, providing naturally leaner beef. To deepen the beef’s flavor, Double Check Range dry-ages it for 14 days.
Wine pairings from Flying Leap Vineyards and dessert will complete the local meal.
Seats are $40 per person for Localists, $60 for Non-Localists. Reservations are required. To make a reservation, please visit the Local First Arizona Event Page.
