No need to travel all the way up to Phoenix to experience craft brews from Mother Road and Prescott Brewing companies. Zinburger is bringing them both to Tucson for a four-course beer dinner, prepared by Executive Chef Gabriel Quihuis.
On Tuesday, September 15 at 6:30pm, guests will be treated to Jalapeno Popper Sliders with certified Angus Beef and a Hershey’s Chocolate S’mores Shake paired with the likes of Mother Road’s “Lost Highway Black IPA” and Prescott Brewing’s “Achocolypse Porter”.
Tucson Foodie contributor Sarah Ritchie, aka Craft Beer Betty, will be on hand to chat Mother Road Beer, her other employer.

First Course
- BLT Salad – Smoked Bacon Bits, Iceberg Lettuce, Maytag Blue Cheese, Ranch Dressing
- Paired with Mother Road’s “Gold Road Kolsch-Style Ale”
Second Course
- “Loaded” Fries – Smoked Bacon Bits, Cheese Sauce, Sour Cream, Chives
- Paired with Prescott Brewing’s “Liquid Amber”
Third Course
- Jalapeno Popper Sliders – Certified Angus Beef, Chipotle Mayonnaise, Fried Jalapeno Poppers, Cream Cheese

Dessert
- S’mores Shake – Vanilla Ice Cream, Hershey’s Chocolate, and Graham Crackers Crumbs with Whipped Cream, Toasted Marshmallow Fluff, Graham Crackers, and Hershey’s Chocolate
