S’mores and wine around a bonfire in a vineyard is an immensely satisfying way to reward yourself after a day of pruning.
Carlson Creek Vineyard, the third largest vineyard in the state, is hosting their 2nd Annual Pruning Seminar & Bonfire from 5 – 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 11.
Guests will begin with one-on-one lessons on pruning grapevines from winemakers Robert Carlson III and John Carlson on the 280-acre Willcox vineyard.
Once the education is over, guests can roast marshmallows over the bonfire and make s’mores while enjoying Carlson Creek wines and other snacks as well.
Attendance is $25 per person, but free for Carlson Creek Wine Society members. To reserve a spot, email info@carlsoncreek.com.
