Salad Nation is moving to a larger Tucson location at 6425 N. Oracle Road. The family-owned restaurant plans to reopen in mid-November 2025 after closing its Park Place Mall location in late September.
The new restaurant will open at North Oracle and Orange Grove roads, offering more space and expanded hours. The move adds another option to the Oracle Road restaurants on Tucson’s northwest side. Additionally, the team invites fans to RSVP online for a grand opening event.
Family-Owned Restaurant with a Healthy Mission
Co-owner Omar Solorzano founded Salad Nation in 2021, aiming to break the stereotype that fast food must be unhealthy. It began as a small family-run venture and quickly grew a loyal following. Now, the menu offers salads, wraps, paninis and more, all prepared in-house with fresh ingredients.
