Sentinel Peak Brewing Company is hosting Smoked Ribs and Craft Beer, which will feature cuisine from Rusty Truck BBQ and a rib-focused live broadcast from On the Menu Live with Matt Russell 4 – 9 p.m., Saturday, August 13.
The broadcast will feature a special announcement from Sentinel Peak.
Rusty Truck BBQ will be smoking ribs on-site, while sides such as coleslaw, green chile cornbread, and spicy barbecue beans will also be available.
