Plant-based Mexican restaurant Tumerico announced plans to open a second location on the southeast corner of North Fourth Avenue and East Fourth Street.
“I want it to be more like a community space,” said Wendy Garcia, owner-chef at Tumerico. “People can come hang out, have some food, grab some chai, do some yoga. We’ll also have live music.”
Tumerico will host the grand opening of the new space at 402 E. Fourth St. from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 16. Free yoga starts at 9 a.m.
The original location at 2526 E. Sixth St. will remain, Garcia said.

Keep up with Tumerico on Facebook.
