Mama Louisa’s is hosting a four-course beer dinner featuring Victory Brewing Company at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11.
While Mama Louisa’s is known for its homestyle classics, Chef Michael Elefante’s background at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain prepared for him creating elegant modern dishes for multi-course meals. Now with the addition of Chef de Cuisine David Hargis, it’s double the talent.
Victory Brewing is based out of Pennsylvania and has distributed beer in Arizona for the past three years.
