A three-course menu from the Wild Garlic Grill kitchen
Wild Garlic Grill built the evening around seafood, steak, and dessert. Husband-and-wife co-owners Steven Schultz and Maudi Gourdin-Schultz lead the restaurant. Schultz applies classic French training to Arizona and California ingredients.
The menu includes:
First course: Lemon Sole Paupiettes. Lemon sole filled with shrimp and crab mousse, poached in white wine, with basil-red pepper beurre blanc and baby greens.
Main course: Mesquite-Grilled Gold Canyon Ranch Filet Mignon. Local blue oyster mushrooms, roasted heirloom potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a morel mushroom-truffle cream sauce.
Dessert: Raspberry-Vanilla Crème Brûlée.
Wine pairings and drink specials
Guests can add an optional wine pairing to the dinner. The restaurant also offers drink specials throughout the evening. “There’ll be optional wine pairing and drink specials available at the restaurant,” organizers said.
Wild Garlic Grill offers an extensive wine list in a warm, elegant dining room. Guests who want to linger can plan extra time at the bar.
