Wild Garlic Grill in Tucson offers a warm, elegant environment with an extensive wine list. Husband-and-wife co-owners Steven Schultz and Maudi Gourdin-Schultz highlight Arizona and California ingredients through Steven's classic French training. The dinner menu centers on prime steaks and fresh seafood, with entrees like New York strip, braised veal osso bucco, Scottish salmon, and San Francisco pier stew. The lunch menu adds burgers made with local Vera Earl Sonoita beef, sandwiches, pasta dishes, and salads.

IOU Sushi III has closed. The all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on North Oracle Road announced the news on Facebook after about 10 years in Tucson. “This is the hardest post I’ve had to write,” the owners said. Today, owners Pam Santangelo and Kevin Breutzmann keep the Tucson bar exactly as regulars remember it.
