Flores Concepts, the team behind El Charro Café and the Monica, developed the Hills as a neighborhood café serving brunch, lunch, and dinner. The lunch menu covers shareables, sandwiches, salads, and burgers. Standout starters include the ahi poke nachos with ginger soy ahi, crispy wontons, avocado, and fresno chiles, and the sun burnt brussels tossed in wok sauce with Arizona honey and sesame. The Tucson beefsteak dip layers shaved New York strip, melted provolone, and horseradish mayo on a toasted baguette with ancho au jus.
