Zaki operates as a food truck at a small food truck court on South Stone Avenue, serving Syrian shawarma roasted on a vertical spit and wrapped in flatbread baked daily with Barrio Grains flour. Owner Salaheddin Khalil, who grew up between Syria and Jordan and whose father ran a Syrian restaurant in Malaysia, opened the truck with a focus on traditional recipes and 100% halal meat.
