Since opening in January, Batch Cafe & Bar has established itself in a niche of its own creation: whiskey and doughnuts.
But to make sure they weren’t leaving anyone out that didn’t have a sweet tooth or indulged in bourbons and whiskeys, Batch added a full menu with starters, salads, soups, grilled cheeses and boozy cereals. That’s right folks, alcohol-infused milk to enjoy with those classic childhood cereals.
“We’re trying to focus on doughnuts, grilled cheeses and whiskey,” said Mislinski. “Three things that people love. The grilled cheeses are really about being a kid again.”
Owner Kade Mislinski hopes to get the attention of the breakfast and lunch crowds with the new additions.
