Maynards Market & Kitchen executive chef Brian Smith is currently representing Tucson in Parma, Italy, fellow UNESCO City of Gastronomy, during their annual Gola Gola Festival.

To shine alight on his adventures while abroad Smith has taken over the Maynards Instagram account during the trip to share scenes from the gastronomically rich city.
