Mesquite-fired contemporary neighborhood bistro Tito & Pep will open at 4122 E. Speedway Blvd., which previously housed Zayna Mediterranean and Feast.
While grand opening details are tentative, the restaurant plans on quietly opening Tuesday night for their staff to get the hang of things, Tito & Pep owner-chef John Martinez said. The restaurant is currently accepting reservations through their OpenTable page.
Martinez spent nine years working with world-class chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. He designed the interior with his wife Nikki Berger-Martinez.
