1912 Brewing Company has teamed up with The Parish for a four-course beer pairing dinner from 6 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12.
1912 Brewing’s co-owner and head brewer is celebrating his 43rd birthday with an awesome meal from The Parish’s chef Travis Peters.
The four courses have yet to be released, but you can take a look at the regular dinner menu to get an idea of what’s normally dished out.
Tickets are limited and are $40 per person.

Aside from the dinner, 1912 Brewing and The Parish have also joined forces to create two new brews, which will be released on tap.
New Collaboration Beer Releases
- Sour De Salle – a peach sour fermented with real peach slices and bourbon staves, using a wild years blend
- Strawberry Rhubarb Pie – a gose with strawberries from California Giant Berry Farms, rhubarb, Mexican vanilla, and hints of graham crackers

More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating.
