Local cheesesteak restaurant Frankie’s Cheesesteaks & Hoagies officially opened its second location at 3780 W. Ina Rd. #184, Marana, AZ 85741.
The 2,500-square-foot space previously housed Peter Piper Pizza, which moved into a bigger space across the street.
“We like the area,” said Kerry Lajeunesse, who owns Frankie’s with her husband Dorian Lajeunesse. “It’s busy over there. A lot of people have been asking for a location over there.”
The restaurant’s hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday – Saturday and they’re closed on Sunday.
The Lajeunesses took ownership of Frankie’s in January 2017. The other location is at 2574 N. Campbell Ave. Frank “Frankie” Santos founded the business with his wife Deb Santos in 2003; he passed away mid-2018.
