When local businesses come together, incredible things happen. In this specific situation, it’s a fusion of masa, spice, and everything nice.

Tortillas by Che West and Pops Hot Chicken have joined forces to create a powerhouse of flavor and originality that’s happening exclusively on Taco Tuesdays inside American Eat Co. 

So, you’ve got Pops Hot Chicken’s spicy sandwiches, and then there’s the unique tortillas and taco craftmanship of Che West, but now the two have morphed together with the end result of Hot Chicken Tacos. 

The taco is filled with that you’d find in one of Pops’ sandwiches, and then is cradled by a tortilla that’s been infused with habanero, El Pato sauce, and the familiar flavors that have been sizzling the taste buds of chicken sandwich aficionados for a couple of years now.

The Hot Chicken Tacos are three for $9 at American Eat Co. on Tuesday.

The hours of operation at American Eat Co. are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Tuesday – Sunday.
