Back in October 2021, Bubbe’s Fine Bagels open its first location at 1101 N. Wilmot Rd., and now they’re preparing to expand — opening a second location at 1865 E. River Rd.

Kyle Leuer, along with his partner Becca Groff, are excited about where the bagel concept has gone over the past few months, and are now just as equally as pumped about serving their bagels at Joesler Village.

“People can expect our same menu with a few new additions,” said Groff, “And of course fresh hot bagels coming out of the oven. It will be very similar to the first Bubbes location but smaller.”

The shop, which is expecting to open up sometime this spring next to Zinburger, is also adding outdoor seating for those looking to soak up some Vitamin D with their bagels.

If you haven’t stopped by the Wilmot location just yet, there are a few things you should know about the yummy bagels. They’re inspired by the way they’re made on the east coast, but with new-age techniques, and each tasty batch takes about three days to complete.

If you’re looking for a small bite or perhaps enough to feed a large family, you’ve got a few options at Bubbe’s Fine Bagels. Aside from the several sandwich options, they’ve got single bagels are $1.50, a half-dozen is $8.50, and you can snag a Baker’s Dozen for $16.50, which is a total of 13 bagels.

Stop by the Wilmot location while you wait for the new shop to open. They’re currently open Tuesday – Sunday from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (or until they run out).

Bubbe’s Fine Bagels is located at 1101 N. Wilmot Rd. and will soon be open at 1865 E. River Rd. For more information, visit bubbesbagel.com or follow Bubbe’s Fine Bagels on Instagram.
