Bubbe’s Fine Bagels has earned a spot on Yelp’s Top 50 Bagel Spots in the U.S. and Canada, highlighting its national rise in a category long dominated by cities like New York and Montreal. The only other Arizona shops on the list are The Bagel Man in Phoenix and Bongiorno Bagels in Gilbert, cementing Bubbe’s as the standout choice for Southern Arizona bagel lovers.
Yelp released the list on July 9. Yelp Elites, members of the review site’s most engaged user base, selected the winners based on quality, consistency, and standout experiences.
Owners Kyle Leuer and Becca Groff focused on creating a sourdough bagel with crackly blisters. Since opening in 2021, Bubbe’s has steadily grown into local favorite with two locations.
The shop’s menu includes bagel sandwiches, classic schmears, and rotating specials. Locals line up early, especially on weekends.
